Not stayed in the Hotel.Very Bad Hotel

I had booked a Room recently in the Utsav Resort and Garden_Neem Ka Thana Location dated on 11/07/2024 but unfortunately, I did not end up staying at the hotel due to discomfort. Upon checking in, I found the room was not clean and had a strong odor along with cockroach and as a result, I decided not to stay at the hotel and instead made alternative arrangements. I wanted to bring this attention so that can address these issues to improve the experience for future guests. I appreciate attention to this matter and hope that will take necessary steps to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. This feedback will help to understand the issues and take necessary steps to improve the comfort and experience for future guests.
