The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Hot water shower worked perfectly fine. But, the ac remote wasn’t working. The power went out one time and they had no backup. A bit expensive for the service.

Firstly i had a tough time to reach the hotel as the approach from the commercial street side is shut as there is some road work going on. You had take a long detour along a dirty stretch to reach the hotel. On reaching the hotel, the receptionist did not even switch on the fan. I was literally sweating. On top of all this my payment was confirmed to them and because of this they were not willing to give room to me. Otherwise a good place, but this time, my experience has not been good and i vow not to stay here for some time, at-least until the approach road is set.

Utse suites is a very homely and friendly place to stay. The rooms are neat and clean; staff is extremely friendly and it feels you are staying with a family and not in a commercial hotel. The only improvement that i would suggest would be to increase the lights in the rooms and passages. Rooms should have instructions in case of any emergency and bathroom to have hooks to hang clothes. Overall, i would heartily recommend this place.

Such a lovely hotel which felt more like home. The staff were just amazing and the rooms were cozy and comfortable. It genuinely feels like home and not really a hotel. The food is great, the decor is out of this world and the location is amazing too. Great value for money. Coming back again and recommending it to everyone

Good and peaceful stay with a good hospitality from the staff

It's a very decent and safe place for the family stay. The Ambience of the hotel is excellent. To talk about food, it's very delicious. The staffs are very humble.

The location is very near to commercial street(walking distance. Food quality is great. Safety and hygiene levels is not recommendable. Main door is an entry to restrau which can be just pushed open even at midnight. Low quality soap and shampoo provided. Bedsheets could have been cleaner and water should be provided daily. It should not be chargeable from second day.

Location is near the center of the city. Other locations are near by. Hygiene is the best in class. Food is top notch. Safety feel good too.

The staff is very friendly, cooperative, and work like a family. Everyone is ready to do anything that is required for the customers. The hotel is average standard. Needs more cleanliness and must improve on the quality of the linen provided. The towels did not look clean and were damp. The kamaraj st-reel is not clean. If the hotel can engage someone to clean the area around the hotel, it will be better. Also, the hotel may report to the bangalore municipal corporation to clean and maintain the road in front.
