The stay was over all ok but there were some problems like fan regulator was broken and also the toilet seat except that everything was good. Hello. Where is my voucher

The rooms are clean and well maintained and staff are cooperative. Though the room and bathroom are a bit small, it is close to kannur bus stand and main market. It was a pleasant stay

Room and bathroom was spacious with a modern amenities and furniture. Staff was helpful & courteous. One issue i felt was there were ants in the bed where i lost my sleep.

The location of the hotel is inside a street, and close to the main road. Location was easily found through google maps. There is an underground parking facility in the hotel. The reception area is spacious and the reception staff are courteous. The standard room is sufficient for two people and the executive room for three people. The shapes of the room and the bathroom are irregular and the space looks and feels a little bit cramped due to this. The bathroom was clean and the fittings were nice. The water was slightly disco-loured though. The ac and tv worked and the remotes were provided. No water and towels were provided. The mattress was of good quality and we had a restful sleep without issues. Hot water supply was available in the morning, and we did not check it in the evening. For the price paid, we had a good deal.

Horrible, booked an ac, and got a non ac room. Which was pretty bad. The room was very small and it was dirty. Most the things doesn't work
