Location, food quality and staff response was excellent, hygiene ambience were at par, i book two rooms for my family, facility mang er allotted room no 501 & 503 both were interconnected after opening of interconnected door it was like home, thank team keep it up

I found priyanka very nice humble. The sevice of room and cleaning is very satisfying. I want to suggest that counter of food veg and non veg not to be at one place but be at different place. There is scope to improve quality of food. Rest all is ok.

The staff was courteous, room was allotted promptly upon arrival. Room was spacious to accommodate 3 people for the night. Food was delicious.

The hotel has the old world charm that one associated with 5 star hotels. The lobby is very charming with its architectural details. It is truly a relief to find a hotel that truly looks heritage unlike all modern and pseudo- heritage properties. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast has a good variety, both in the indian section as well as the continental. Overall, a very good experience.
