No lift. Room is small children can not be accomodated. But good room boy service. Bath room/wash room is very small.

The room wasn't clean at all. It felt disgusting to go in the bathroom. Will never book this hotel again

The services are bad and the staff is too rude. I didn't expect this from the hotel staff as they were talking in there language and i can clearly understand they were scolding us.

Theres no food facility. Online they show complimentary breakfast but when you go they will say we have no facility for this they will.charge you for breakfast but wont provide you.Very unpleasant
