Customer service is the worst i have seen till date in my life. I made the mistake of booking this place through make my trip - a platform that the hotel must have gotten listed on with their own consent. Both the parties (hotel and mmt) have a bad relationship and as a customer who is unaware of this equation between the 2 parties, we have been at the receiving end of their bitter quarrel. For a stay that costed us 40k+ for 2n, we are appalled at the way we have been receiving responses or customer service from both the parties. We had to cancel our plan due to death of a loved one. We were prompt to submit the death certificate along with the request so there are no questions around whether it’s a genuine request or not. This was more than 3 weeks back. We have since been going between mm t and the hotel guys. The hotel says they have no responsibility since the booking was done through mm t and mm t says they can’t help since the money has already been paid to the hotel and they are refusing to give us a change of date credit note (our refund request was out-rightly rejected and we accepted it without raising any concern since we understand the hotel’s perspective. As a customer who paid a significant sum in the hopes of having an experience worth it, it’s been a nightmare since. Still trying to wrap our heads around the fact of why the hotel would object to a change of date flexibility for a 2n stay when we have paid the money upfront and the reason behind the request is unfortunate and genuine. This level of insensitivity is shocking. We are sad about missing the bubble stay experience (never again booking here or letting our friends family book here) but this has also taught us innumerable life lessons which we wanted to share.
