Average Stay
Rooms are very small for 3 adult and 1 child to stay. Service is not so good. Not worth for the amount paid.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds frustrating to be in a cramped space with inadequate service, especially when you’ve paid a premium. Have you had a chance to share your feedback with the management? They might be able to address your concerns or offer a solution. Moreover the room can be occupied only by 3 people including child. Next time please mention kid also so that we can allocate 2 rooms for 3+1 PAX

familyI had booked the stay for my family. Elderly people and also kids. The stay is fantastic for the price. The host is very accommodating and happy to deal with. They also provide food in advance notice. Totally recommend for familiar visiting kochi.

Good Stay
Had booked the property only for a night, but had a great stay at the place. The house is well maintained, the ambience is amazing and we had a nice time by the lake late evening. We woke up late, which might be why we missed the breakfast. Neither were we offered breakfast nor we asked for it, even though complimentary breakfast was on the booking. The room size was smaller than we expected it to be from the photos.

Very professional approach, silent and safe neighborhood in the heart of thoppumpady. However, the windows are not properly covered. The curtains are loose and unable to provide absolute privacy for those who seek. Overall a comfortable place to spend holidays. That will be all.
