    The property is located near the Dharmasthala Manjunatha Swamy temple and Sri Rama temple. The staff is hospitable and the air conditioning and room cleanliness are good. However, the hot water facility is not available for 24 hours and the rooms can get very hot. The rooms are small and not very clean. The staff response is average and the cleanliness is poor. The property is not worth the money charged and the hot water facility is not available when needed the most. On the positive side, the staff is honest and loyal, as they couriered a guest's mobile phone that was left behind.
