Good resort in main market
Excellent stay, very courteous staff and amazing vegetarian food. Only regret was that main garden area with view was closed. And narrow street to reach the property. Apart from that, the overall stay was awesome and my kid enjoyed the magic show

Rooms are little cozy, maybe because of weather, we can't open balcony door. room service and food quality is excellent. staff is very helpful. though rainy season tourist are fewer, but quality and variety of food is very good. All food items are tasty. location is good but road to approch is little narrow.

Never booking again
This resort is so deep inside mahabaleshwar that even after saying that it is in central mahabaleshwar you will regret booking it. above that i booked room with balcony which was closed due to rainy season.room are so far away from reception it feels like going in den. over that food is super expensive..got biryani for 350rs and it was not even enough for 2 people..such tiny portion for such high price. only positive point..breakfast spread was very nice and staff is very helpful and down to earth

Good Stay
The rooms were upgraded on arrival. But the upgraded rooms were on the ground floor. Ventilation is not good for monsoons as balcony is not accessible.These rooms will be good for dry seasons but not for monsoons. But when these were shared with top management of the hotel, they immediately visited us personally and changed the rooms in higher floor with bigger rooms and well ventilated. The general manager personally visited to check if everything was going well. All of them worked together for resolution

not a great stay!
Property needed maintenance. One room had many issues like door lock not working, water leakage from AC, heater was not working, phone not working. Had to go through many to and fros to get some of them resolved and ultimately room was changed but late night. Made it very inconvenient. Swimming water was so cold due to weather. They should have temp controlled pool. Also, main course food items were extremely expensive like aloo paratha for 350... I mean seriously, are we still living in india?

The staff was very courteous & cooperative. The stay went well with the support of upgrade given by the manager & the housekeeping staff also was very happy to help.

Ambience of the hotel was good, food was also good. But the location of the hotel is too far and bit weird. Overall hotel is well maintained.

The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and was quite satisfying. What truly stood out was the staff — exceptionally cooperative, courteous, and efficient. From check-in to check-out, everyone went the extra mile to make us feel at home. Cons: The resort is situated in a slightly narrow alley, which may be a bit tricky for larger vehicles or first-time visitors to locate.

average stay
staff was very helpful and cooperative . however the property seems old . the outdoor lawn remains closed during monsoons as there are several leeches . indoor play room for kids is nice and so is the food. the approach road is very narrow however the property takes care of the parking . the big let down is the surrounding area . it is close to the main market but houses and area in the surrounding is not pleasant at all
