Hotel stay is good but it is newly opened one so there is a shortage of experienced staff. Two persons in room but they provide only one towel and all. No kettles no complimentary breakfast. Serives are not good. Rated three star but services are like a lodge. Not worthy for the rent. Dissatisfied. Me rated out of 10/5

The hotel is located at a picturesque location of araku. We really enjoyed the pleasant climate and good hospitality of staff there.

Location is good, but the facilities, food and staff support is very poor. They have to improve on lot of parameters to make it a wow experience for families to stay. Compared to the facilities they provide cost is too high. You have to pay even for the water bottles in the room. Restaurant is there but very poor quality food and service.

Vana resort is not at all good there is no maintenance, and rooms are not cleaning well. Washrooms are not good

There is no restaurant in the premises and unable to get food nearby. Far away from the city centre. Rooms price is so high for the facilities provided.

location & ambiance is good…, however on demand only able to avail required facilities in my hotel room which should be the automatic like tv connectivity, hot water with tea bag, milk pouch , sugar arrangement, glass for drinking water etc. but when i called reception then only provided…. breakfast is not complimentary, options are also very less for breakfast…..however room rent is too high w.r.t. facilities provided…. this is my observation & feedback ….

Unhygienic towels and bed sheets, food was not available at the place and there are no alternate arrangements made by the resort management to improve customer satisfaction.

amenities were not good no drinking water ac and fan not working and even basic needs like tooth kit and refreshment were not provided and no proper housekeeping and small insects were there in the room staff were not cooperative. too much prices are charged in restaurant and the location is too interior we have no other option to go outside not satisfied with the stay very worst….very worst… we are feeling very bad i am 100% dis satisfaction i have taken words from my family also. i have intimated same thing property also no one is responding.
