Good Stay
overall uneventful stay, however the view was not good from the room. A bit more charge compared to overall hotel infrastructure

Excellent Stay
Was a clean place. Very sensitive staff and willing to help with food from outside. Would recommend it to others as it is close to the station.

Room is okay. No restaurant
I arrived at the hotel in the morning at 6.15 AM and had to pay Rs. 1500 extra on account of early check in, even though I checked out at the same time next day and my stay did not exceed 24 hours !! There is no restaurant at the hotel and I had to go out in the morning for breakfast. Room is clean and amenities are good. Not recommended for more than one day.

As i can see from your booking, you opted for "room only plan". Where in breakfast is not included in your tariff. I would suggest to opt for this option on your next visit. And for all the guest who opt for Breakfast included plan, a sumptuous breakfast is served to the comfort of their room. We have a tie-up with best restaurant is vellore named hotel "Amirtha". From where hot breakfast is directly served to your room. Our breakfast served is rated quite good by all guest. Try for yourself nexttime. Also as like any other best hotel around we follow standard check in/check out time of 2.00pm / 11.00am. We do support a nominal deviation from usual time based on availabilty. Nice place with bed bugs issue
Place is good but there might be bed bugs. Staff was polite , place was neat and clean. Management must do something about bed bugs 😞

But as a precaution we have sanitised the entire room , also changed entire linen of the room. We take pride in maintaining highest hygiene levels. Rooms are too small! Hotel is new so the rooms are clean and tidy though! I felt it as average stay!

No parking facility for cab and over all my experience is not good, no complimentary breakfast and if required arranging from outside. For this cost we can stay in 4star hotel

300% profit making by makemytrip for a normal room creates negativity
familyWhile the hotel, stay and staff were extremely good, the rating is really down due to the way makemytrip looted / cheated me for selling this property 300% higher than its original price for 2 days. Doing a last minute booking, i completely relied on makemytrip to get me a good deal. Instead a normal room has been sold at 22k/ per day. Isn't this a daylight robbery ? even though it was expensive, i thought i'm getting into a 7 star property (this being a new property, only after entering the hotel/room i realised the mistake. I want makemytrip to re-imburse 200% (keeping 100% profit with you - which i think is a reasonable ask) the hotel room didnt had a active tv connection, not having 2 tea cups (even though i requested them to provide, no soap holder in the bath area, no proper light to the mirror. It was definitely not worth for the amount. Please do re-imburse half the amount, before i start moving to get this amount in a legal way.

Terrible Stay
The hotel is on the side of a crowded street with no proper space to park a fortuner. The room is not spacious with no furniture only a king size coat no chair to sit on. They provide one soap, a towel with no other toiletries for a family of two small kids. We waited from 7 pm to 9. 30 pm to get hot water for a bath then all of us bathed in cool water, i think it's not a good choice. You can change 3 or 4 times the normal rate in peak time. But i understand that it is more than that. At least provide the basic needs and change. I am not interested in offers after confusion.
