Property is built well and try is to create one of a kind resort, but maintenance and after sales services is problem. Food taste and quality is OK, we ordered lunch in room service, I literally heard their staff denying that “Me nahi banaunga, bufet ka time he, sweet banani baki he.” And the guy tried to convince me to order some normal subji roti instead of Ala carte menu. There are lot of areas of improvement.

It was wonderful experience and location is so peaceful and comfortable for pets. Just they charge extra for pets and in MMT it is not mentioned

The Vanveda Resort is a lovely property with a great swimming pool and tasty food. However, our room was poorly maintained — dirty mirrors, water on the floor when we checked in, and pool chairs with bird droppings. The lack of basic cleanliness really took away from an otherwise good stay. Hope the management fixes this soon.

Superb location, ambience, very supporting staff, nice cottages well maintained garden and surroundings, evening local tribal dance and bonfire added much to their hospitality. Food was ok can be improved to be a better qaulity...over all worth it for money.

Great Ambiance, But Poor Food, Delayed Service & Basic Issues I recently stayed at this hotel and while the ambiance, pool, and overall environment were quite nice and relaxing, the experience was marred by several issues that shouldn't be ignored. Firstly, the food was very poor. None of the dishes had enough salt, and when we raised this with the staff, we were told that everyone has different salt preferences, so they purposely keep it bland. Unfortunately, this made every meal quite tasteless. Secondly, the room had a cemented bed which wasn't comfortable, and there was no small center table, which made the room feel incomplete and inconvenient. Service was another major issue. Simple requests like mineral water or help with check-out took an unreasonable amount of time. We had to call 3 times, and each time it took 1–2 hours to get things done. That kind of delay is unacceptable, especially for basic services. To add to that, I happened to misplace my room key. While I understand that it was my mistake, the hotel did not have a master key or any backup. They asked me to pay for the lock replacement, which I did, but honestly, a hotel should always have a master key or a proper system for such situations. In summary, if you’re going only for the ambiance and the pool, the place is fine. But the poor food, slow service, uncomfortable room setup, and lack of basic backup services make it hard to recommend for a smooth and relaxing stay.

Super expensive for the quality of service they provided. Especially the rooms are below average. We booked 2 cottage rooms for me and my family. We had to even ask for basic toiletries. Dining hall was a mess, not clean at all. My sister got a bad tummy after our last day. We were safe because we didn’t have vegetarian manchurian they served the previous night. Poor management. Even the ambience was average. Definitely not going to recommend.

Hotel vanveda by nirvana is luxurious hotel with very good services. Staff is responsive and prompt to act on your needs. Room service is very good. Stay was comfy. Staff is polite and they have a very good chef. The complimentary breakfast is 5 star. Overall stay was comfy and enjoyable.

Excelent room, size is very comfortable for one family with kids, tents are near by garden also the property is approx 4-5 km away from main jugnel safari area, travel desk team help us to book safari, main feature is property is very well maintain & clean, property offered kids playing area, thanks to vanveda staff

This property is just claiming to be premium but it is not 1. I paid for 1 day for a room with bathtub but a non operational bathtub - the bathtub has cold water only 2. ⁠I had an emergency due to which I needed an early checkin of 11:30, which the team agreed, only upon my arrival to realise that my room would not be available till 1:30 pm 3. ⁠services like room quality, food was avg at best 4. ⁠the place is not at all value for money 5. ⁠yes the management did try to workout alternatives but I would never visit this place again! Much better options available at half the price

We have booked tent category, the rooms is very comfortable, it has a good air conditional, room size is very good, room offered a view of garden, the staff of property is very cooperative, delicious food, we really enjoyed our stay at vanveda and hardly recommend to guest stay here in tent

worst. not worth the price. if you call for room service in morning they will come in afternoon. The manager is rude. food is not worth the price. place ambience is good but the service and food not that good as per their price. bicycles in the resort are not well maintained. No games are well maintained.

The location is well placed, taking you into the wild. Property is well maintained and the food made by Chef Anna is superb. But what takes the cake is the hospitality of the staff. Each of them are well trained and are eager to give best service

It is a great place stay with super hospitality, excellent food, calm and quiet. Perfectly clean. The staff is very cooperative. Specially their restaurant manager Anna goes beyond his duty to support.
