Review Of Varaha Valley

Location is very near by to all access, Food was really good, main disadvantage is hot water availability Travelling with kids with only morning and evening limited hot water access in a place that too cold is really hard for us and also kids were struggling to use restrooms in other timings

Good Hotel, tge emperor family suite lives upto the images shown in the website. Breakfast was also very good. Very close to the major tourist attractions. overall a very great stay

Rooms are good, but service is not so great. Timings for hot water is not agreeable in hill stations. No lift facility available. It is not worth spending 4K per night.

There were alot of concern related to this property, I trusted MMT to book my stay. Location is good however there are certain rules which are not mentioned anywhere I would recommend you to update those - 1. They have limited timing for Hot Water in washrooms like 2 hours in morning and 1 hour in evening 2. They don't have Fan/AC or heaters in the rooms. The temprature was 10° when I was there and upon asking for portable heater they asked for 500 rupees per day additional charges. 3. Drinking water bottles in room is not available - they can provide RO water on request only. Initially the room which they provide us was having no electricity,they moved us from one room to another room and there was electricity cut off issues were happening constantly. Food is average.

Trolly boy(old man) behaviour is too bad.

The hotel complementary food was good but restroom could be maintained better it has bad odour everytime we use

The property is in good location with neat and good rooms. But the room service is bad. The behaviour of the staffs are polite and good but we don’t get daily drinking water or other services unless we ask for it few times. The breakfast is average .

all the things are bad na poeper food na poeper room non co operative staff i would like to suggest not included in the list

Cleanliness is average. No hotwater when we reached.. since we arrived bit late our complimentary breakfast was missed. Could have been compensated with lunch or dinner

Location and food was ok But facilities like , No elevators hot water availability on at specified time only No extra pillows Kettles in room Were lacking

Poor infrastructure. Zero internet access. No ventilation or fan or AC in the room. No hot water in shower. Inconsiderate staff.

Well maintained rooms, service and food are good. Staff is kind and cooperative. Over all a happy stay.

Very supportive staff and location is closed to Kodaikanal lake. Food quality was good. Restaurant staff hospitality was extra ordinary.

Stay at varahavally for two days was very pleasant. Verny neet, clean &hygienic. Complimentary breakfast combo was excellent. Really worth to money.

Property is good but service is to be improved as there are no electric kettles to prepare tea and coffee by ourselves. Limited food options as they prepare food according to their menu

Worst property, don’t even think of this. 1. No proper parking 2. No receptionist person to assist in front office 3. Dirty bed sheets 4. No water bottles 5. No 24hr water bottles worst service.
