Nice but a bit costly

Hotel was overall very good and staff and host cum owner sumit bhaiya is a through gentleman and nice guys. But i think it is a bit costly. But non the less stay was nice and very good. Would definitely want to visit again.

Our stay at varanasi paradise was average. Care taker was not able to find out our make my trip booking. We were waiting for a long time. Cleanliness of rooms were satisfactory.

*review of hotel the galaxy* all the positive reviews got it right. . Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. 5 excellent. The staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. The sleep quality was excellent. I did not try the food but the restaurant looked quite nice and if i had to guess, i would say the food would match. Everything about the hotel was worth the price tag. I recommend it without a doubt. Hotel the galaxy in mirzapur

Varanasi paradise is basically a flat which is covert-ed as hotel. Without lift third floor is quite difficult with luggage. Staff behavior is good. Worst thing is mosquito inside the washroom and and bedroom too. Washroom seat not maintained and also cleaning facilities in room is not provided. Overall my experience about this place is if there is no other option then you stay here otherwise please don't prefer. Its not hotel not home stay. Mmt must remove this propert as hotel or homestay.

They didn't provide us with any of the basic amenities like geyser, hot water to drink, lots of mosquitoes, no proper room service. I booked my stay with proper breakfast for 4 complete days, but got served for only 1 day that also they brought it from a nearby shop. Really had and terrible experience for me and my family.

Aapko is place se apna agreement thod dena chayiye. Mm t is big company.

You need to audit properties which are displayed on your portal. In this the amenities declared on portal were not found in the hotel. It mentioned that they have restaurant but same was not available. The rooms were not clean, water supply was not proper and there was no power backup for ac installed. I was not able to sleep due to power failure.

1-Terrible. I had booked the stay for 2 night but due to terrible situation and badly maintained property and very poor service, I have check out next morning and booked another hotel, resulting I have lost one night stay cost and suffer horrible situation till booked another hotel to stay with my family. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE 👎

I never recommend anyone because hotel staff behaviour very bad, no manners to talk with customers, cleaning condition is very poor, unhygienic bedsheet, towel.
