Upon arrival, the check-in process was chaotic and disorganized. It took over 30 minutes to get my room, despite having a reservation. When i finally got to my room, i was met with a musty smell and found that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were crumbs on the floor and hair in the bathroom.

Ac and fan were not working in the room. Mg t was unresponsive and made no efforts to rectify. Had to sleep in the common hall under a fan. Worst experience so for. Not worth the money paid.

Varun residency, without cons-ting me has changed my stay location to another property - which is said to be owned by them with same facilities but on the opposite site of the road. But the said location is too far and remote without transport facilities. The room too was poor in quality and comfort. I could rise the issue immediately because i went with the family and were in a hurry with the planned trip. Hence i need to adjust for the same and this could not be a justified valid reason. The reason for the change is understood as they later had a demand for marriage party requiring. More rooms - to whom the booked room of myself also is given. Please tale care to see that this does not happen again. I did not take any picture of the room where i stayed as it was not anything worth memory and hence felt no need of taking photos

The varun residency is too bad

They dont have proper attender and the restoom is also not neat. The water also not there when its needed and they don’t have generator service when the current is gone.
