Our experience at this hotel was beyond disgraceful—a complete insult to hospitality. The staff not only lied to us at every turn but also treated us with blatant disrespect. We were assured adjacent rooms during a confirmation call at 4:33 PM, only to be dumped into substandard, unacceptable accommodations. Despite explicitly requesting additional bedding for both rooms during booking, they provided it for only one room.
The pinnacle of disrespect came when one of the staff had the audacity to tell us to shut up while we raised legitimate concerns. Mr. Raymond, the so-called MD of the hotel, dismissed our complaints with a flippant “vacate the rooms if you’re uncomfortable” at 10:30 PM, leaving us stranded. The receptionist assigned us an under-construction, handicap-designed room and even made offensive remarks about our one-year-old baby.
Receptionist Seby was outright rude and unprofessional, arrogantly refusing to address our issues. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were misled with lies that he was “on his way,” though he was conveniently unavailable.
This place is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. With its deceptive staff, subpar facilities, and offensive behavior, it’s nothing short of a scam. Avoid this disaster of a hotel at all costs.
