Excellent location, hospitality and food experienced at hotel. Staff at hotel is very courteous and well trained. Hotel manager sandeep is a customer oriented guy with good knack for delivering customer delight.

We stayed in the terrace room with a private balcony, which allowed us to take in the peaceful sunset views from the hotel. The room was spacious, and the food was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff and food are amazing at this hotel and we had a good time with family. The pillows, however, are very thick and uncomfortable personally.

Overall the stay was decent. Good points: 1) the hotel is new and furnishings are neat and clean. 2) the food mostly was good except once when we got very bad pizza 3) the staff was well behaved and courteous 4) service was mostly on time. 5) they seem to have a good intent and want to improve and were receptive to the points which i suggested. 6) decent location as well. Issues which i faced: 1) the gyeser was not functioning for most of our stay hence i couldnt use the bath tub which was the main reason for me to select the room and pay extra. They could only partially resolve this issue since we only got luke warm water after the issue was supposedly resolved. 2) chef did not revert back to us on complaining about a very bad dish (pizza). Normally good places discuss about these things.

Stay was good. Food was excellent. Location is quite good. Just that balcony can be provided separately for family to have privacy. Sandeep and ankita were very helpful and made us stay quite comfortable

Location of property is good, restaurant staff is very cooperative and the owner himself taking care of guest, it is newly constructed property
