It’s a homestay and we have the Karnataka govt certification also stuck in the reception area. The name of the property you booked itself says Room in a villa. If it’s 2guests then on room basis and if its group all the rooms are booked. Each room is an independent studio room. Food we do not refer and not from our kitchen. When guests asks for options we suggest nearby options. All these details where shared earlier itself. Thank you for visiting us.

Hi sir! Its a luxury homestay with indoor games lawn and Jacuzzi, rain dance etc you have not used our amenities during the stay. We have an in house kitchen with a cook but still you ended up choosing swiggy zomato. We also have snacks menu available throughout the day to order. How a 500sqft room with dining area, bedroom and balcony facing nandi hills will be a tiny room? As per the monkeys its just for safety we asked to keep room balcony doors closed when not in use as due to extreme heat the monkeys are seen to be stepping inside the village these days. Anyways thanks for staying with us.

Thanks for taking time to review us! Happy to know you liked the property. Will also consider your suggestion for including breakfast. Terrace Jacuzzi is one of the signature feature that only we have in and around that area having the direct view of nandi hills. There were many indoor games in the reception area which you may have missed sir. And some to play for outdoor too like wave-boards, shuttle etc. You many be comparing the price to a homestay category but we name ourself as luxury homestay as we provide all services including caretaker throughout the day and in-house menu to order from room which will be delivered in few mins along with rooms of close to 500sq ft studio rooms with fully furnished indoor and outdoor furniture. Also you had booked during the peak season of the year (hiked pricing)Christmas vacation time and hence pricing may have been high as it was in all the platforms. Do visit us during the normal time and you will definitely feel worth the money for what we provide! Hope to see you soon!

We have four caretakers for 5rooms in our property to take care of our guests! We are a homestay(not a resort) which provides all basic toiletries from toilet rolls, shampoo, body wash, towels etc. Apart from things placed any extra towels or soap, hair dryer, ironing box etc is provided only on request and not placed in the bathrooms permanently.

Hi, thanks for staying us. We know that your unhappy as we we’re unable to consider your last minutes request for cancellation. As informed to you that your bookings with MMT did not have cancellation options and as a host, I was unable to accept your cancellation request. Further kindly appreciate the fact that You checked in very late and we had offered whatever possible during that particular time from our kitchen. As informed, more people in groups need prior information for main course order which i had messaged in MMT portal and shared the same screenshot when you asked for. I would like to share some facts regarding this message. no property is located uphill except for govt lodges. 13kms of your calculation is to the peak of the hill. We are located at the foothills of nandi where the trekking point begins just a km from the property. You had not taken any food from our kitchen but from outside. Jacuzzi is private during the hour of your usage.
