Poor Stay
They do not care about hospitality. There’s a lot of Inconveniences that i faced. One of them was they wanted me to check-out at 10:00am when i mentioned that i woke up at 10:30am they told me that they need the room and charged would be applicable post 12pm. So i told the reception that i’ll check-out before 12pm. They still kept insisting me for checkout not even considering that i’ll need some time to freshen up and pack to leave.

Terrible Stay
The reception guy at the time of check in promised to give me the hotel bill with gst since I forgot to provide the gst number at the time of booking on MakeMyTrip. While check out they straight away refused to provide the bill with my company gst number. After calling them 2 times later after check out they never provided me solution and not bothered to call back also.

Terrible Stay
Staff did not seems to be hotel management guys. It was informed visitors are not allowed subsequently. Manner to tone while speaking was rude. They did not have extra blankets in case of damage (wet by kids) to blankets. The house keeping was slow.

Dear Mr. Vishal, Greetings of the day! Its a Intercity Highway ,Godbunder Road. So some time during busy night, sound is unstoppable, request for back side room not front side. AC is window fixed one , compressor is load and blower sound is there, which we are trying our best. out check out time is 10 am, we be flexible up to 10:30 am as 12 non is check in again for next guest . Thanks for the update.

Average Stay
familyBasic hotel, rooms are dated. Need an over haul of interiors to make it better. The room we had was facing the highway and there is no sound proofing. So highway traffic noise came thru. Also there is a undersized blind on a window which means the light comes through from the sides. Poorly made.

Terrible Stay
The guy at the reception was arrogant, he dis respected my wife when she requested for 30mins late check out. We checked in at 9pm and was too tired hence requested for 30mins grace but he was too rude and arrogant. Never ever going to stay at this pathetic property nor going to recommend anyone. Probably this hotel is for couples and not for family.

Our check out time is 10 am, in general somehow guest takes few more time to do the checkout which we do accept as per next check in rooms which is at 12 noon for us to get the rooms ready hygienically. Yes, reply with humble is a tendency of our hotel, might be due to rush, my front office executive voice modulation sounded harsh, we are very sorry for that. Wish to see you again.

Hotel is not as per the rating & terif and building show-off, window airconditins are old and rooms are comparatively small, breakfast too is not upto the mark

We do agree that hotel is Old but it is Bold and we do try our best to update every year, soon we will be changing front side which we were waiting to complete the Road and Metro work for us to identify and measure the hight and visibility from road side.Breakfast includes From Juice,fruits,cereals,breads and Bakery, Sprouts, Farsan, South , North Indian , veg ,Non-veg Fish & chicken , Eggs to order, Feshly made Dosa/Uttapa ,Tea , Coffee which is a standard Beakfast to offer from any three star Hotel, Rooms with all amenities like dental kit,shaving, liquid soaps , Hand wash, sippers,comb,writing pad,pencil,Intercom at Bed and Bathroom, Electronic Safe, Water,Mini Bar Fridge, Self controlled Window A.C.along with 24 hours service assistance from all departments, Iron Board and Hair dryer on request, Card/ digital payments facility.Anything else we missed as service providors as pe 3 star Business Hotel standard , please allow us to update. Wish to receive a prompt responce from you for a better suggestion for our better upgrade. Regards.

Hot and cold water is already installed , switch/ tripper is there to put on at the entry of bathroom else call for assistance from House keeping ,we keep it off as a precaution for guests, could have been resolved with one call only.Yes we are taking care of AC. Wait for your kind reply as a case study and corrective measure to take from Management part.
