The room was bad, the bathroom didnt have a door. The shower area couldnt sink water, there was water clogging everywhere. The shower area had no door. The experience was so bad i checked out early in 2 hours. One of my worst experiences ever. Never using the same hotel or using Makemytrip again. It was my first and last experience with makemytrip

Amazing stay at Vihang's Palm Club! Highly recommend!!

I recently stayed at Vihang's Palm Club in Thane for three nights and had an amazing and comfortable experience overall. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff at the reception were courteous and quick to assist. The hotel has a welcoming vibe, with a clean and spacious lobby area. The room was well-maintained, with clean linen, basic amenities, and a beautiful pool view. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping was quick in attending to requests. The in-house restaurant, Mumbai Fast and Grill n Tonic, serves a variety of cuisines. I tried both Indian and Continental dishes during my stay, and the food quality was superb. The breakfast buffet was decent, and Prasaad offered prompt service. Overall, my stay at Vihang's Palm Club was pleasant and hassle-free. I would surely book a stay with them again!! Highly recommend!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Honestly, we didn’t expect such a warm and delightful experience specially in a city like thane. Being a regular at Ibis whenever I stay in Thane, I wasn’t sure what to expect — but *Vihang’s Palm Club* turned out to be *no less*. In fact, in many ways, it felt *even better*.
