Review Of VIJAY RESIDENCY

Vijay residency hotel was very poor to stay as there is no cleanliness. And the bed sheets are very dirty and not able to use. It was a terrible stay for me in my lifetime.

Neat and clean environment. Good response from residency. Rooms are very neat and clean. But need to service refreshments like tea or coffee because of aged persons.

We are very much satisfied with all and everything a d staff were very nice and polite and over all cooking back again.

Lift didn't work majority of the time during the stay, receptionist was not available at many instances when needed

I recently had the misfortune of staying at vijay residency in vaniyambadi, and it was a truly disappointing experience from start to finish. I feel compelled to share my negative encounter with this establishment in order to warn other potential guests. First and foremost, the hotel staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional. Their lack of courtesy and basic manners was evident from the moment i arrived. It's disheartening to be treated with such disrespect when you expect to receive a warm welcome and assistance from the staff. Upon entering my room, i was appalled by the state of the bedsheets and blankets. They were not only filthy but also torn in several places. It was evident that the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms were severely neglected. This blatant disregard for basic hygiene standards is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the poor management of the hotel. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit in my room emitted a horrendous noise throughout the night. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep with such a disturbing sound echoing in the room. When i brought this issue to the attention of the hotel staff, their response was incredibly unhelpful. Instead of addressing the problem, they simply instructed me to switch off the ac if it was making noise. This lack of concern for guest comfort and satisfaction is utterly disappointing. Overall, my experience at vijay residency was marred by the rude staff, dirty and torn bedsheets, and a malfunctioning air conditioning system. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice and explore other options. The lack of professionalism and basic amenities makes it abundantly clear that the management of vijay residency has failed to prioritize the well-being and comfort of their guests. Save yourself the trouble and find a more accommodating and well-maintained place to stay in vaniyambadi

Stay at vijay residency was good, got an early check-in as requested, just the ac effect was not satisfactory for a suite room. The restaurant service was good. Recommended hotel for all visiting vaniyambadi & ambur.

Our short stay at vijay residency was very pleasant. Met our expectations. The deluxe rooms were massive in size. Good mannered and helpful staff. But the restaurant food is to improve. Not much impressed.

We had a very comfortable stay at vijay residency. The room is very spacious and claen. The staff are very helpful and courteous. The room service is quick. Best part is excellent restaurant sai suprabhatam just outside the hotel.

A better place to stay in vaniyambadi. Spacious ; hygienic with attached veg restaurant moreover looks fresh
