It was an amazing stay. Ankit is very welcoming and helping. He guided us on what needs to be covered and how. Avinash was a wonderful caretaker as well. He was very pro-active and took good care of us.

It was a good wonderful 3 days stay, the caretaker gautam and owner ankit was very helpful. The rooms are good and spacious. Best part is there is no power issue and we get the auto e riskshaw within 100-200m of walk as it is nearby the sigra chauraha.

My stay at this place was awesome. Room was neat clean. And specially host ankit ji was a nice and cooperative person. He arranged cab for my airport pickup and also e-rickshaw for city tour. He also helped me to create our 2 days itinerary.

Our stay at villa anandam was quite a pleasant experience, mr. Ankit and his father made sure they catered to all of our requirements, making our stay as comfortable as possible. Mr. Ankit personally made sure we had the best experience here despite some minor unforeseen circumstances. The rooms as well as the washrooms were super clean and well maintained. Thank you, ankit ji; we'll definitely come back again. Highly recommended this homestay!

Our stay at villa anandam was extremely pleasant. The host, ankit-ji and his father, was very cordial and made our check-in and stay very welcoming and comfortable. Ankit was a great host and accomodating, we stayed there for 1 night on trip to kashi vishwanath temple. Calm and silent area. Great location and access-to good restaurents within 2 km radius. Rooms were very clean and kitchen had stove and all the vessels which is very useful when travel-ling with parents.

The most outstanding feature of this home stay is the 24x7 connect with the host, ankit anand, who goes out the way to make your stay a comfortable, unique and pleasurable experience. The availability of a caretaker during the day hours adds to the comfort factor. The villa is a ground floor property, with the drawing room sofa turning into a double bed, in addition to a room which has a double bed with a single bed beside it. The villa has a toilet, separate shower and a kitchen. 2 smart tv, fridge, tea/coffee maker adds to the comfort factor. We availed of local cabs, toto, auto etc which were all pre-booked by host and made available at the doorstep. The boat ride for dev deepawali was organised by him and he took personal care to accompany us on to the boat ride which is much appreciated. He also went out of the way and personally picked up famous kachori from ram bhandari for our breakfast. Overall, we had a memorable family vacation and would love to be back.

The amenities provided by the owner are a class apart. Detailed care has been taken to provide all the amenities. Along with these the owner ankit anand and caretaker gautam ji were always on their toes to help with anything required. If you stay here once you'll surely come back the next time!

It was really great and comfortable. Everyone was so good and helpful. The amenities, food, location was also perfect. All over for people who are travel-ling in group this property is a must go.
