It is overpriced for the facilities they are offering. Swimming pool is too dirty.

Reaching the property was a bit difficult. The location was average. The room was good and comfortable. Surely going to recommend this property to others.

The location of the property was very close good and easily accessible, property was very clean and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable, overall a very comfortable stay and a must recommended property.

The stay is awesome and the cleanliness is impeccable. This villa is marked as favorite in my list, for North Goa stay always!

The caretaker Ramesh was very helpful and always took care of all the needs with immediate effect. The place is cool, nice and pleasant. Villas are totally self sufficient, if you want privacy and want to cook on your own.

Location of the property is 500 meters from the beach, neat and clean, safe and secure, facilities were up to the mark, room was also nice, staff and the services were good, suggestible property for family and friends stay.

I got a better property than the one I booked but it was nice.
