Excellent property for group stay in north goa. Rooms, pool, kitchen and everything was well maintained. Care takers were always a phone call away.

It was an amazing place to stay as the property is built so nicely and the property owner has provided all the facilities in there and we received everything that we wanted jst by making a phone call to the care taker of the property.

The villa is very beautiful place, and best for huge group of people, very spacious rooms and bathrooms. The place is maintained very well neat and clean, the pool is also big inhalf to. Accommodate big group, overall one of the best properties in goa at this price

Good property for groups and families who to get together. Decent location and nice spacious rooms with ready to cook kitchen and most loving part is the private swimming pool which is attached to kitchen and one can serve food from kitchen directly pool who is swimming. Bit far afford it if you have your own vehicle. Overall great experience

Overall we had amazing experience here. All rooms were neat and clean. The best part was the private pool which is sufficient size for 10-12 people. And they keep it clean. Only downside is living room doesn’t have ac. But if you keep the room open with ac on it will manage it. It’s far from the chaos of all famous beaches. Good for family or friends outing. Totally recommend.

The villa was excellent and well maintained. Thanks to the manager mr. Manoj he greeted us very well. Our stay for 3 days with all the amenities were wonderful. Must visit again

Villa is super good! you have a supermarket right in front of it. But the location is too far is what we thought. Night travel to villa will be some tough.

Had a good stay for 3days. But some of the room ac were not working properly as well as the villa was not cleaned. Over the pool is good

Villa is in proper residential area and after 10pm you cannot play music and cant even make noise. Its looks as if we are staying in some ashram. The owner is very rude and speaks very badly and rough language. Service is also worst!

The pool was perfect but had so much chlorine my swimwear turned from navy blue to light brown. The rooms were great but had a lot of fungi and the acs had not been serviced in a long time. There was no accessible drinking water at the property.
