Very polite and cooperative staff. Location of hotel is really prime. It is around 2-2. 5 km from most of the beaches and white town - the two mai attractions of pondicherry.

Overall experience was good. Rooms were clean. Staff was really good. Would have appreciated if property had a washroom in the reception area. It becomes an issue once u have checked out

The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty. Toilet was horrible. Ambience was very bad. Could not stay

you will not get individual rooms. there is no common kitchen, hall, seating area. the rooms are very small compared to photographs, they charge if we ask for more than one water bottle zero room service.
