Everything was terrible and extremely poor and bad experience Booked room with bath tub and hot water is not even available No proper drainage of outlet In rain they didn’t even provide umbrella for kids Service in every manner was pathetic Highly recommend not to ever stay there

I recently stayed at Villasita resorts by Elegance and had a truly wonderful experience. this property is stunning beautifully maintained with a perfect blend of luxury and the serenity of nature. the rooms were spacious, spotless,and thoughtfully designed, offering beautiful views of the lush surroundings.

Resort Review I had a very good experience at the resort. Location: The resort is conveniently located right on the main road, making it easily accessible. Service: The service was excellent and very quick. Everything we needed was provided promptly. Staff: The staff was very polite, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. Rooms: The rooms were clean and exactly as shown in the resort's picture gallery. Comfortable and well-maintained. Swimming Pool: The swimming pool was clean and well-kept, making it enjoyable for a swim. Restaurant: My booking included complimentary breakfast, and I was impressed with the variety and great taste of the food. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Food quality not good and bad service experience during breakfast,,,asked for dosa and omelette twice but no one came back

As usual whenever we book hotel thru MakeMy Trip, hotels used to allot worst room of hotel as MakeMy Trip book rooms at Low rates and make good money by offering room tariff at higher side. And Hotels used to give good rooms to their direct customer, who book room directly from Hotel Reservation desk. MakeMy Trips shows good room pics, which their customer never get. So same happened this time as well. I hv booked Room with Balcony to get better/velly view, but, hotel allocated me Balcony Room (#305) where view was obstracted with front building of hotel. So, my money got wasted for booking Balcony room. Same I experienced when booked Hotel with MakeMy Trip at Masoorie, Shimla, Nanital etc... so, from next time will not use MakeMy Trip App for hotel bookings.

There was no bar in the hotel but bar and restaurant was clearly written on the hotels outer main board which was very disappointing and also the breakfast was not up to the mark fruits were not fresh at all overall I would say the location of the hotel is good but it seems as if it's; just very new in the hotel industry

It was a great resort with a great location and great hospitality. It is the best resort to stay in Kasauli. They have given the Villa theme to the resort and in every segment of the resort you will feel like you are staying in a Villa. Also the Villa is so big that they have made different blocks for each category of room. And they have provided great hospitality throughout my stay, I really loved staying here.

Breakfast was not upto the mark in comparison to the infrastructure quality. There was no gym either but it was mentioned and way through on board was also there. We expected an excellent breakfast but sadly we were not ok with the taste and quality

Room service 0 for breakfast dyning takes lots of time to availability

The food wasn't good in neither was the service. The food was very copd was called neither was the staff cooperating when we asked for a room on another floor because the party in the same menu everybody see too indulged their.

Worst stay ever in kasauli

Property is under construction but it will be a beautiful once it will get constructed fully. Hospitality is impressive. Staff is humbled and always ready to help. There is nothing in the name of amenities. Food is average and need lot of amendments.
