Your people should visit the hotels who are registering with you tulips residency had no one and this one too the hotels are not maintained properly we had to get the whole thing cleaned to use it please ask for pics or do send your representative on a surprise visit to the hotels registered else you will loose the market of hotel booking

GOOD

1. Very old type of room with normal key. 2. Bed bugs are there 3. No heater or geyser in bathroom for hot water, need to carry bucket outside. 4. No proper cleaning, small cockroach are roaming around. 5. Bathroom door not able to close, no lock Only positive is prime location and feasible.

The room is very nice and very pleasant, and the ambience is very good. The receptionist is also good.

The staff was very supportive and helpful. Always smiling and helped me with whatever I need. Whenever I go to Coimbatore I will only stay at this hotel. Rooms were also very clean and neat and I recommend everyone

I am solo traveling person...for a night stay it was good enough..so if you wish fr budget stay u can have an idea .

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations—particularly in terms of cleanliness. Upon check-in, I noticed that the room had not been properly cleaned. There were visible stains on the bedsheets, the bathroom had a lingering odor, and the floor felt dusty and sticky. While the staff was polite and the location convenient, the lack of hygiene overshadowed these positives. Cleanliness is a basic requirement for any hotel stay, and I was disappointed that this standard was not upheld. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that proper housekeeping protocols are followed in the future. A clean environment makes all the difference for a comfortable stay.

Very neat and clean room and washroom with clean bed and towels. The floor was neat and clean. AC was working perfectly. Staff was cooperative and obedient.

Worst experience. I wont recommend this place to anyone. No TV , Room, bedsheet and bathrooms are not maintained properly, no cleanliness. Overall not up to the mark for the amount paid. Seems they are showing wrong photos to attract customers.

Room was conjusted, very small, bed was not even sufficient for 01 person, toilet was in very bad shape, staff were not coordinating.

Untidy environment. Even toilets are not clean. Terrible atmosphere. Smelly. All the toilet fittings and ewc is of stain.

I am reached at hotel 9:30am i request to manager please early check in and i am saying next check out will 5:30am so please give a room because my business meeting is 10:30 but he was told me 500rs extra charge. Otherwise i can't help. Room is also vacant but he is not give me. I am so disappointed and pay 500rs extra then check in i requesting everyone please don't book this hotel

stay is good but in starting they allotted me a non AC room then after I complaining then they allotted me a AC room in which there is no handwash in bathroom, no soap in bathroom, no towel in room. this was very pathetic and bad service other wise my stay was good and I am happy with my stay. but the hotel management should be surely think about my complaints which is telling by me in above line.
