During checkin he asked to pay 1000rs deposit and refunded while checkout. There is no terms and conditions for the deposit. They haven’t provided towel and soaps.

Dirty bedsheets. Toilet broken. Dirty water which stopped coming in the morning. Old water damage in the room leaving silt and damp walls. Needs a lot of fixing.

the residency is not good for office ppl. it's oyo property. total terrible as the rooms stink badly, rooms are not clean.

Room was denied. Lots of people were stranded at the middle of the night waiting for their place of stay, most of them didn't get it.

Worst room no power vacate just 10 minites. Please consider refund the amount. Totaly waste room gust very disappointed.
