My recent experience at this property was extremely disappointing and far below even basic hospitality standards. From the moment of check-in, everything went wrong.Despite having a confirmed booking for double rooms, we were denied entry initially and later provided with single rooms instead. The rooms allotted were in terrible condition—dirty, unhygienic, and clearly not maintained. There were no basic amenities available, not even drinking water upon arrival.Even after raising multiple complaints, water only became available for showering after a long delay, and no effort was made to resolve the issue promptly. Bed sheets were not provided even after repeated requests, leaving us with bare and unclean bedding for the night.The behavior of the staff made the experience even worse. They were extremely rude, uncooperative, and indifferent to all complaints. Their standard response was simply, “We can’t do anything.” Such an attitude clearly shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care.Overall, this property fails on every count—cleanliness, service, amenities, and staff behavior. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here unless the management takes serious action to improve their facilities and train their staff in basic hospitality.
