Good experience, the location is good near the railway station. The hotel room is clean. Also near the market & restaurant the hotel.

The response of the staff was very poor.

My experience was bad as room was not hygienic... There was cockroach in my room and no mirror in room.. no hanger hooks to hang our clothes and most important thing there was no hot water in bathroom. Very bad experience. Irresponsible staff.

My recent experience at this property was extremely disappointing and far below even basic hospitality standards. From the moment of check-in, everything went wrong.Despite having a confirmed booking for double rooms, we were denied entry initially and later provided with single rooms instead. The rooms allotted were in terrible condition—dirty, unhygienic, and clearly not maintained. There were no basic amenities available, not even drinking water upon arrival.Even after raising multiple complaints, water only became available for showering after a long delay, and no effort was made to resolve the issue promptly. Bed sheets were not provided even after repeated requests, leaving us with bare and unclean bedding for the night.The behavior of the staff made the experience even worse. They were extremely rude, uncooperative, and indifferent to all complaints. Their standard response was simply, “We can’t do anything.” Such an attitude clearly shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care.Overall, this property fails on every count—cleanliness, service, amenities, and staff behavior. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here unless the management takes serious action to improve their facilities and train their staff in basic hospitality.

V were kept waited for more than an hour,eventhough had confirmed booking. Receptionist during that time simply informed us that no a/c rooms available n insisted me to take non a/c rooms,which I denied. He also informed that all r std a,/c rooms n no deluxe a/c(booked by me) rooms r available in that hotel, which is pathetic.Room service is also worst. When asked bath towel, they simply denied by saying the cost of washing n can't provide another for the next day. Overall never recommend to anybody.

Good location, near Railway Station and Police Station, so safe. Manager courteous, staff helpful. Room spacious, though towels, other toiletries not provided. Got soap after asking. Food not available, but numerous restaurants adjacent to the hotel, both veg non veg local as well as north Indian.

It was amazing Experience with Vinayaka regency. affordable price and Located in heart of city which is near by Thiruvananthapuram Central railway Station. Room was Near and clean. Polite Service. overall Better

Only location was good, the bed sheets n pillow cover they provided was in poor conditions, when we ask them for new one or cleaned bed sheets n pillow covers staff said that our laundry will come back after some times after that they can change, so it was not satisfactory. Only front office staff was helpful for our enquiries.

I found this property in the Makemytrip app. The Hotel is located at Thampanoor, walkable distance from KSRTC bus station and Trivandrum Central Railway station. The hotel provides decent stay at Trivandrum at a standard rate I found this property in the Makemytrip app.

They are not given proper room for via make my trip booking customers. Heater and room facility are bad.

The receptionist was not cooperative. They didn't even provided blankets. There wasn't complementary water bottle available. Also we opted for 3 rooms in which 2 were for 2 adults and one was for 3 adults but they provided all 2 adult rooms and refused to give extra matrice also
