Average Stay
They didn't give the same room we booked... For upgrading they asked 1000 extra which we paid. There was a smell in the room. After telling 3-4 times also they didn't give room freshener. Food was ok ok... Other than this everything was good.

Bathrooms and accessories were not clean. Even towels were not available. Lots of disturbance from adjacent rooms which makes it difficult for working people to attend calls and meetings. Could be improved, if taken seriously...

Terrible Stay
I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room had a persistent bad smell that made it uncomfortable to relax. I immediately checked out from hotel and booked another hotel nearby. Additionally, the walls were poorly maintained with visible stains and damage, and the bedsheets did not feel fresh or clean. Overall, the lack of basic upkeep really affected the quality of the stay. I hope the management takes steps to improve cleanliness and maintenance in the future.

Average stay experience
Check in was smooth, location is near to US VAC. Reception person was helpful. Property room was not clean when I entered old beer bottles were in fridge and half drink water bottles were there. no towels available and room was having smoking smell - have to call reception to fix it. Towel quality is bad. Jio signals at this location is zero so phone will stop working until you are out of property. In Kitchen no basic utensils provided. Sofas were very dirty stains and burn marks. Electricity went in night for some time and backup was not there which is mentioned in description. Main door security bolt lock was not closing. Breakfast was good.
