Review Of VITS Aurangabad

The experience was really nice.Had a really wonderful stay.The hospitality of the staffs were really good.They made sure that our stay was comfortable.Food was excellent

No any extra efforts for the consumer just kept required services but whether customer needs anything or are they facing any issues that needs to be taken care

The staff was not courteous and accommodative.

Breakfast- less item and food test is average,

Insects and cockroaches were roaming all over the furniture. Ac was not working at night, room service was very late

Location was perfect as it is close to aurangabad station. The buffet dinner in coffee house inside the hotel was quite good. The spread as well as the taste was really good.

Perfect hotel in location food and hospitality good for business and family trip too

Worse breakfast that i have ever eaten, i can't describe in words how third class quality it was, room had bad quality towels, no cleanliness at all, washroom stinks.

Hotel management is major concern, especially the reception team, they don't answer any of your calls, i was calling them since morning, but no one responded to any of my calls

The rooms are old but ok but service is big issue. No one responds in time. Any thing asked will have to reminded many times. Break fast was good & taste as chef is good but service in dining hall needs be developed in hospitality. Some how i am not happy with my stay at vits.

1●the matress is not comfortable. 2● intercom is not working properly. 3●service is late.

Average food average ambience and ok ok property with rude staff. The location is good but the property is not maintained hygienically, the staff is not at all courteous and the rooms felt to be a bit of soggy in bedding.

The rooms are quite spacious and food is ok. The place needs renovation and needs to be upgraded. But overall, i was satisfied with the stay as it was just for one night.

Location was excellent ! stay was also good ! breakfast was also very good and healthy ! housekeeping was also very prompt and polite !

Food quality is not good. No discount is given by mmt for earlier feedback and booking experience

Stay was good like the food and about cleanliness is good staff is also good but sometimes got delayed in room service overall nice stay

Overall stay was okay, hotel looked aged; front desk service could have been more courteous; small parking; my driver had to park outside

Overall experience was ok since we only stayed for a night. But the room had seepage smell. The lighting was very bad in the room, it was all so dim. Washroom floor had seepage and was in wet and smelly.

Good service center place &good clean hotel good food quality near railway station & airport chatrapati sham-bhaji nagar

Overall a good stay with average amenities. Food was also ok types. Price is little high though.
