Excellent service, reception staff and other staff very courteous, and helpful. Location is good. Room is tidy and kept clean always. The hotel food is so tasty and reasonable. The waiters are very attentive and served the food processionally.

Had a good experience staying at vets ratnagiri. The staff was very polite and helpful, rooms were clean and the location was very good as all the tourist spots were nearby. Loved the interior and the restaurant service

Vits is very excellent, clean neat, spacious room, near to market and main maruti chauk, staff is very helpful, restaurant is also in 3 floor, restaurant is also very good ambious, taste in restaurant is good stay was very enjoyable. Thank you vits

The Hotel Grand Inn is very nice hotel to stay in Ratnagiri city. The infrastructure is well maintained and the rooms are clean and big. The breakfast is also OK but is limited in complementary offer. I have visited for business visit. Overall the best hotel to stay for Family and Business trip.

Comfortable stay

The hotel room was nice big and clean however had to struggle a bit to lock the door as it was misaligned. Reported multiple times to reception but no one supported. In house restaurant was good with variety in menu however the service was extremely slow. Overheard few walk-in customers mentioning that this slow service is routine for the restaurant
