The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. Room was spacious, clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the wi-fi connection was reliable throughout the stay. I would highly recommend to both leisure and business travelers. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

All the staff were super courteous helpful and accommodating. We had some special requests like a packed breakfast when we doing a day trip somewhere and on our return we used the room just for a few hours and were not staying the night so they packed a sandwich for dinner as we were going to skip breakfast again. Small gestures that made us feel special.

This is a very good hotel with a great location. Most of the famous temples are located in the nearby vicinity within a 5 km radius. One of the big malls in mangalore, fiza by nexus is about 700 meters walking distance. They have two good restaurants & a bar. The swimming pool is quite good & decently sized. I think the best thing about any property of taj is their service. Here also the service & staff are very friendly & always ready to help. Overall, a very good experience. Thanks

Had comfortable stay at vivanta. Service was prompt, food excellent. Proper hygiene mentained. Hotel has good ambiance and centrally located. Staff very cordial and helpful

Like other taj properties, vivanta in mangalore offered a wonderful experience. The ambiance was inviting, the food was excellent, and the staff provided outstanding service, making us feel at home. The kids especially loved the pool, adding to our memorable family time

Vivanta mangaluru impressed! two adjacent rooms perfect for our family. Delicious breakfast spread and exceptional chinese cuisine at the in-house restaurant. Warm, welcoming staff made our 1-night stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for families. Excellent amenities, impeccable service, and convenient location. We'll definitely return!

The hotel room is neat and clean. Nothing fancy though. The staff is cordial and pleasent. They called one day before my stay and asked the reason of my visit and stay in mangalore. The best was when they surprised us by decorating the room with balloons when we stepped out sight seeing and prepared a cake for our anniversary. That was quite thoughtful. Plus the small details like keeping water bottles and newspaper in the taxi we booked. Overall, it was a happy stay.

As a brand the location was perfect, hospitality was too good with mr sathyaji in reception to brief n being very responsive. All very best for his bright future. Rooms to food everything was excellent.

Vivanta mangalore is a very good hotel. Rooms are renovated and linens, towels etc. Are very clean. Ambience in side the room is excellent. Staff at reception and restaurant are very cooperative. They gave me complimentary upgradation of room from superior to deluxe one. Food is good - both buffet dinner and breakfast. On t he whole the stay was excellent.

The stay at vivanta mangalore was excellent. We loved quality of service provided by the whole team. The facility is in good location and gives a nice view from rooms. We were able to view river and boats moving from the room. The in room dining facilities were good. We have availed the one free meal offer and it was a good decision as it was raining in oct during evening. The restaurant staff were very well behaved. The food was very good. Overall the stay was very pleasant.
