Property location is beautiful though a but off track. Very friendly staff as it was my son's 13th birthday, they took initiative to decorate the room beautifully and arrange for cake. Pool, live music at dinner were good

Vivanta is a beautiful property with a very professional and humble staff. Food was really good. Just a glitch is the bumpy ride to reach in the last few kms of the hotel. Overall it is highly recommended.

5 day trip to vivanta, sikkim

I found the stay via mmt, the stay was very nice and the property was scerene, i booked the stay for celebrating 25th wedding anniversary and it was completely worth spend. Hotel staff was very cooperative, friendly & diligent really took care and made sure that we have a good time during out stay at vivanta.

Amazing staff and delicious food

Our stay at vivanta sikkim was terrific. The staff was very hospitable. Starting from checkin to checkout staff took good care of us. Last but not the least, the gala dinner on new year's eve was wonderful, there was a lot of good food, hats off to the chefs to prepare such a grand, good looking and tasty food. Kishan and other staff members were quite helpful through our stay.

Great experience

It was a nice experience, staffs are very humble and welcoming. Food is also nice. Location is also nice you can have nice view from your balcony. Overall the experience is great. Only drawback is the road to the location. It will take upto 1 hour from ranipool. Do visit if you want peace and if you love nature.

We had a wonderful stay here. Never expected that taj can be so comfortable and beautiful in the midst of nowhere. It’s a perfect place for complete rejuvenation and peace. A must visit for anyone staying close by and the metro people we all need this holiday for sure. Good hospitality the staff the chef everyone is very warm and make an effort to give personal connect.

Location of hotel is very good, surrounded by greenery. Staffs are well mannered and polite. Swimming pool is temperature controlled with trained staff amar.

Brilliant ambience within the hotel as well as outside the hotel. Staff is very well trained, helpful and courteous. Rooms and bathrooms are extremely well maintain. Overall highly recommended. Only one recommendation for improvement to the hotel - please put more hooks in the bathrooms to increase guests' convenience. Only one hook in the bathroom is too less.
