Good Stay
overall the experience was good enough. But their was many mosquito they didn't gave any room service provided. They didn't gave room cleaning facility also. But yeah the ambience and all was very good. But i hope they work on room service as well. Because that was the only problem.

Toilet Issue
Toilet would be better, Tap was leaking, door lock was not convenient to use it almost made a cut. And the main door was making creepy sound when opening/closing...

good location ,very central and walkable to most attractions... didn't have food there so can't comment. rooms were average, nothing great. just about ok.

Good Stay
The Managers and room service housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great to travel around the city. I would have given 5 star rating if they had refrigerator to store water as pondicherry is a warm place.

Average Stay
Location is good near to main important locations but facility is not as good as expected, bathroom is small, for water have to go to fourth floor otherwise you have to pay. Except these all are good

Good Stay
Location was prime. The Restaurants on the top of the building having excellent ambiance but quality of food is not up to the mark. Bathroom was without exhaust. Terrible Stay
I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I was given a room that was clearly uncleaned l, filled with mosquitos and shockingly there was even a small rat in the room.inrislly I noticed it chewing on the soap but the situation turned dangerous when it bit me while I was sleeping. this ledu to a significant loss of blood and I had to be rushed to the hospital for treatment and antibiotics I strongly advised others to avoid this hotel. it was not oly uncomfortable but also a serious health hazard.

support staff was not available..
they don't have staff to support, called many times for water, shampoo etc, didn't get. also ask for an additional blanket did not get... shower was not working.
