Pleasant stay with a safe & warm hospitality.

Consider this as an upper mid budget hotel. The location is good (at pahalgam market, but separated by their own boundary. They have several stay options, room & cottage. They have a nice lawn, well maintained park inside their premises. As for rooms, we stayed at the b8 room on the first floor. They provide hot water from 8pm till 10am. Room has multiple blankets, a sofa, a storage unit, nice & clean washrom and a very big wide window facing the lawn. The only downside in my eyes is that there is no lock from inside, even if you lock the door with key, anyone with a duplicate key can open the door from outside anytime. Altogether, worth the price, nice rooms, helpful stuff and an well maintained hotel premises.

Location, staff great. Food at restaurant not that great. The upkeep of garden is amazing, located right on the main road with lidder flowing across the road. Gurdwara and mandir at walking distance.

Excellent stay. Very well managed by mr. Yasir. Most budget friendly stay in entire pahalgam. Boasts of great location right in the middle of main market.

Hotels location is very convenient. Its just two minutes from the taxi stand and market is adjacent to the hotel. Staffs were very professional. Food quality is good but they need to increase variety. Buffet menue is very limited compared to price. Overall it was a nice stay.

The stay was superb, the room allotted was c-8 in premium category. The view out of window was good. Staff on the reception and on room service were exceptionally polite and caring.

Beautiful boutique hotel at the pahalgham market place. Nice wooden log cabin kind of rooms, lovely central garden with fantastic views of the mountains. People were courteous. We travel-led in the cold november month but the rooms, with the heater and electric blanket, were warm and cozy. Probably one of the nicest boutique hotels we have been to.

Volga hotel is a wonderful place. One can enjoy the lush green garden surrounded by cottages. Make a trip to stay there in the backside rooms.

The hotel and staff was good but there was an electricity problem and usually they weren't on there generally until electricity was gone for a very long time

We stayed in the property for two days. Its a beautiful and clean property. Food is good. The staff is warm and well behaved. Sohail was the one who we reached out for everything. He arranged dinner for us at their lawn. He shared information about sight seeing. 5 stars for sohail.
