Horrible place to stay. Had no room service, no functioning lift, and no courtesy by staff. Was a terrible experience. I would not recommend it at all. MMT says flexible check in and 24 hour check out, whereas the hotel is not aware of anything as such. they ask you to leave at 12 irrespective. Restaurant staff has no clue what they are doing and there are flies everywhere, even on food.

Poor management and no response on calls. No proactive approach on late arrival of guests

Room is good and all the amenities are as expected.Also the restaurant is good.

It is quite common to have a cup of coffee early in the morning, but not available The restaurant is open after 8.00 a.m only.

Only the room was good. But the food was horrible. In the morning we called up the front desk to order for tea but no one picked up the call.

though the property is big with large number of rooms, the maintenance is quite not impressive, stick floor, smell emanating corridor, stained and torn bed spreads and sheets does not make the stay comfortable. rooms are spacious, good parking area, restuarant etc are advantages. location is ideal. if you are looking for a comfortable stay, then make some compromise. it's worth the price. it can be made impressive with a good management

Property location in entrance of the city is very fine Regarding food taste is not that standard quality is not so good for the money paid. Because no other Restaurants near by we have no options. Amenity & Services are excellent. one bottle of water& hair oil is not enough for the family staying more than onday it should be supplied everyday

I had booked for 5 people, including my son who at 12 years, my booking was very clear including my son, 5 people. But they denied to give extra bed. Further the behaviour of the staff was terrible

I had an exceptionally positive experience during my stay at vpn regency. Despite our scheduled check-in time being 12:00, the hotel graciously accommodated our early arrival and allowed us to check in at 10:00, which was immensely helpful. The restaurant provided excellent quality food, and i was thoroughly satisfied with the service provided.

Not worth for the money. Room was very dirty. There was broken bottle inside the room. Not cleaned properly. Very ugly

Would love if i get at least 50% discount

I booked a room in vpn regency after finding that this is perhaps the only hotel in that city worth staying in. Surely, i was not disappointed. The hotel is a new property and was very clean and neat. Very spacious rooms, wash room and corridors. Restaurant is not functional yet and this was a shortcoming. I hope the hotel maintains this standard.
