Vrinda resort pros: 1) near to prem mandir 2)looking good for bachelor’s 3)outside maintained clean and good looking cons: 1)not safty for family because of monkeys 2) water taste is so bad and washrooms were dirty 3)there is no door mat and also out side is corridor is full of dust 4)ac is not working properly for 1 room and for another room ac is perfect. Not a good experience. Room cleaning and water was very bad. The water from the tap was very hard ( salty) too many mosquitoes were inside the room. If i talk about the kitchen even milk was not available for my baby. I bought milk from outside but the kitchen staff refused to boil the milk.

Bathroom have no water, hanger, not provide any soap, reception and room service is zero. No one receive your concern after 11pm. Toilet have smell also. Hotel situated in containers

We were 5 people (family) and booked 2 rooms in vrinda resorts by dcrest services: 1. The rooms were not clean. Toilets were stinking. 2. We asked for the invoice at reception at the time of checkout, and still haven't received it yet even after following up with them for so many times. 3. Intercom was not working and the staff was not reachable and delayed. Amenities and food 1. There are no amenities as such. They had no kitchen in the property. We received packed breakfast after 2 and half hours. Location 1. Location is decent. Nearby from prem mandir, but you have to take e-ricksaw during temple visit timings.

The room was quite clean but the floor was watt y and in the bathroom there is no soap and hand wash shampoo no welcome water ( service like formality ) thanks

The hotel receptionists were pathetic and rude. I waited around 1 hour for check in after that they didn't clean the room properly no water facility was there very bad experience

There's is too small room. No tv in room. Room in metal container which information not in given by resort by image. Free breakfast is just formalities.

Very very bad experience with hotel as there no any service. There ac is not working and there is very big problem of elwctricity and no proper power backup in rooms. There is no any person to listen your problem. Even there no proper rooms they have converted canters into the room. Staff is drinking and not listening to customers.

there is no facility like Electricity , Water , Ac , nothing is proper every 30 Minute Power got Cut i am complain about the same to Owner he said sir if any issue please change your stay to another Hotel at late night i am pay for 3 Night but its totally waste .

I recommend you guys to not stay at this resort it's just waste of money
