Vrindavan Gopala Resort

Great resort. Waterfall is right in front of the property. While we did go on the other side using cable car, the view from resort side was awesome too. During our stay we used to take walk every morning and evening. In night with all the lighting in the waterfall and no one else around, it seemed like personal waterfall. Resort staffs were very polite, helpful and very quick to attend to your needs. Family suites that we stayed in were huge with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Property had lots of greenery and natural forest around. Golf carts are available for pick and drop and were just a call away. But we mostly prefer to take walk. To property management- please provide wiper in all bathrooms. Your bathrooms are huge and floors don’t dry up quickly in december with cold weather. In our booking breakfast was not included. They charged only for adults (300 per person) which was quite reasonable (our 2 kids were not charged. It was our first visit to jabalpur and stay in this resort made it one of the best trip ever for us. We loved jabalpur and we will definitely plan to visit again. And when i plan next visit, i will try to do it with our whole parents and some close relatives.

Stayed, first time for two days. Good location and nice hospitality. Food quality is good. Breakfast offers opportunity for improvement. Room size is spacious. Some more hangers should be provided in cupboard. Writ-ting table needs to be provided in room. Height of table in wash room needs to be increased. Enqury should be made daily regarxing provision of fresh towels, cleaning of room daily. Taxi service should be offered for visit to bhedaghat and janalpur. Overall stay is satisfactory

Hotel was having excellent view of narmada. Food was nice n lots of varieties available. Nice property. Problem was attitude of staff they are lying about everything to make extra money. Rough attitude of staff n receptionist. At the time of check out asked for huge amount lying that the property is not pet friendly n have to compensate! however we have booked only because it was pet friendly. The property should take care of these arrogant n liers

We stayed in family suite which was very nice. Rooms were big and everything was very neat & clean. Staff was courteous and food was very tasty & full of varieties. Location wise the resort was adjacent to bhedaghat water fall and away from city hustle. Overall a pleasant stay with family.

Excellent property spread over inn18 acres of greeneries and beautiful villas and suit rooms. Just on the verge of narmada river a magnificent view of dhuandhar falls and white marble rocks make the property worth and value for money.

Stay was quite good in this resort. Location of this property is magnificent. You can relax on the bank of dhuadhar water fall. Rooms was comfortable. Restaurant and food need improvement. Overall good stay and recommended.

Need to work on amenities like towel, food. Rest nice place for pets. Value for money except for food.

It is 27 km. Off from the city. Necessary urgent needs are not available. Only beauty is to see narmada river and rope way.

If you want to feel nature. Visit this place. You will meet insects plants labradors ducks birds langoors etc so green relaxing!

The resort is located at an excellent location. Right at the falls. Cleaning in the rooms can be improved.

We have stayed for 1 day. Resort location is best thing. Very peaceful space for relaxation. And staff co operation is good.

The property was excellent and very scenic. The staff is very courteous and bhavani singh was very helpful with everything. Would love to come here again soon.
