Property is out of the city but it has clean bedroom and washroom , the owner and Workers are very friendly and humble , they provide free water bottles and even have a tighup with local restaurant, the restaurant provides better food with reasonable price ..

Hygiene was not upto the mark, bathroom was not cleaned, used garments of previous guest was left out in bathroom. Room was smelling a lot. No TV in the room.

Best budget hotel in ujjain
Excellent stay best place to stay with family and friends. The prices are soo great and value every penny you have spent. Washrooms were hygienic and rooms were clean and spacious with all major amenities! thanks for the perfect stay anmol
