The staff is pathetic, I have registered this hotel twice in a week but this time from another Id . The manager is soo rude ,. When I said my room AC is not working he send a person and he said it’s working, after n after still my room is not changed

nice hotel..crowded area ..just 2 km from Har ki poudi ..clean room .. co-operative staff.. we reached here late at night. One staff member helped us to carry luggage and asked us to call him for any problem at night. also bathroom was cleaned properly. I would recommend adding it in haridwar journey

I booked the hotel in the very last minute. While traveling. The staff was very cooperative, accommodative and supportive. It was easy check in, ready room, comfortable stay and excellent hospitality. Cherry on the cake, they answered all my questions patiently. Helped me figure out logistics in my itinerary. And offered a limb for help.

It was very small untidy room, sheets were pale yellow with lot of stains. there was no cupboard or shelf to even keep clothes. I don’t like it.

my stay experience was absolutely terrible. the rooms were so small and not at all functional, the telephones didn't work, the water that they gave was basically tap water filled into mineral water bottles cuz their water purifier wasnt working, there was no dustbin in the room, only one dustbin in the bathroom under the sink whose flap didn't work, no ventilation whatsoever, and mind you we had booked two "Deluxe" rooms. we had to go to the reception each time we needed any help and they were not even prompt in solving the issues. no wifi so the tv also didn't work cuz tv only functioned with internet. The experience was especially terrible for the amount that we paid for these Deluxe rooms. I'd rather suggest you stay in any ashram in haridwar at literally 1/4 cost but you will still get better facilities there.

The staff employees were really really helpful and kind. They helped us in Car parking, baggage transfer, active listening in what we requested for our rooms hygiene. On top of that, there was 2 hours of waiting at ropeway due to which we became late. I called receptionist in early morning that we will be late, they can put our baggage at reception BUT the guy told me “ Sir Nishchint ho ke darshan kariye, room mein hi ana ap, reception pe nhi”. Those words touched my heart. 🙌🏻🙏🏻❤️😍

Rooms were good, however washrooms were not clean enough, AC was not working properly. If you just want to keep luggage and move into the city, hotel is good, otherwise would recommend a better one

Attitude of one staff member was not at all good who was on night shift, landline of one room did not work they stopped the water supply many times

They provide unsealed bisleri water bottle dont have soap in there
