Location is scenic food is good, they serve to the order. Pool is good, boat ride was good, tt/carrom tables were ok. Courteous staff and very good service.

The property has a superb view from the rooms, overlooking the river. The restaurant is also right next to the river. Considering the natural surroundings, the property is well maintained and the quality of food is good. The staff is courteous and helpful - they coordinate the safaris with jlr very well. It helps that the safaris' start point is close by.

Supportive staff. Went out of their way to accommodate us and our needs. Very friendly. The area is also very peaceful, and faces the kabini river. Devraj the tour guide was extremely helpful, and helped us find a jeep for our morning safari. Was able to site a big cat, indian gour, and wild dogs.

Every moment of our stay was elevating. The rain tree suite we stayed in was most comfortable and well maintained though no view of the river. Food was good and everyone was polite and friendly.

The water body was few meters away from the property which makes it a great place to hang out especially during sunset. Good homely food. Amazing staff.

The resort is gorgeous. The vast views of the backwaters is absolutely stunning. The rooms are all clean and comfortable offering breathtaking views of the scenery. Overall, fantastic experience!
