The property was very old one,AC not working, but the only one breakfast is amazing

I had a very terrible experience during my stay at this hotel. The rooms were not clean, the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, and the basic amenities promised were either missing or not working properly. The overall hygiene and maintenance of the property were far below expectations. What made the stay worse was the lack of proper customer service—any requests or complaints were either ignored or poorly handled. For the price charged, the experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or hassle-free stay.

We haven’t stayed there,this property is unfit for families. There was no receptionist available at the time of arrival. After several calls, the person finally answered and asked me to wait for 10 minutes near the reception — where an untied dog was roaming around, which made us feel unsafe. The property had no parking facility, and I had to park the car on the roadside. The adjacent house residents objected to it, creating additional stress. When we finally reached the reception, there were two other guests quarrelling with the receptionist, holding alcohol bottles and demanding glasses and plates. This created a highly unsafe and uncomfortable environment, especially since I was with my wife and children. When I tried to discuss the issue, the receptionist responded rudely, saying he was not responsible.

 The rest room flush not wokring. TV also not wokring. The staff was unhelpful and slow to respond to requests. Overall, the hotel was a letdown. but room size is ok

Good .cheap and Best .. but far from bus stand .and palace .. can manage by taking rental scooty

It looks nothing like the picture, it’s not city centre but it’s mentioned that it is in mmt. The chair and table were broken. Not even paper tissues or handwash was kept. No plates, spoons or tumblers and everything had to be repeatedly asked. Not even tea/ coffee was provided. Only good thing was it was spacious and little quiet atmosphere.
