The behavior of staff is rude. There was a booking mistake I made but instead of understanding and helping out, the receptionist. used a derogatory tone and was shouting. He did not seem to be apologetic at all of that behavior. I couldn't stand against this horrible behavior and immediately left with my family. (Ignoring the money I lost on my booking). Hotel is decent but restaurant was closed for the last week of the year. I strongly recommend to stay away from this hotel due to ill mannered staff.

The stay was comfortable for my family visit to wayanad. The reception attendant was cool, composed and guided us well on the sight seeing places. Rooms were neat and clean. Would recommend for a family stay at affordable rates.

Actual hotel booking of hill suite wayanad was cancel-led by the hotel, but thanks to mm t they arranged a different hotel within minutes and at a. 5km distance from the same hotel which was very nice and good of mm t

Affordable hotel at main location. The rooms were good. The restaurant and the food options were nice

Worst experience and rude relationship management and reception desk. Booked for ac room and paid full amount one week prior. When i reached for check in they informed that they don't have vacant room and have aalrdy given to new admission and asked us to take up non ac room. I was with my wife and 2 yr baby too. Forced to stay in non ac room. When we asked for other options, they informed us make my trip will refund our amount. So i suggest make my trip not to cooperate with such kind of managements. We all reached there after 5 hours continuous driving, and was in reception lounge for 2hrs arguing with management. My 2 yr baby and 1 yr baby of other family suffered aloot. We dropped all our plans to explore wayanad, spoiled the complete trip. Returned to home next day as soon as early. It same happend to we three family's ( 3 ac rooms, ) who did full payments at the time of booking itself. We all three got non ac room only. (gave for free after lots of arguments) cable connection too was not properly working, no wifi.

Stay was terrible we came with family by booking through make my trip and after coming to the hotel from reception they told us that there is no ac room for us which we have booked a week ago and we were forced to take the non ac room because almost all nereby hotels room were prebooked. So pathetic
