Room contains dirty smell. They don't provide extra one bath towel. I was checked in 5 pm, and there was no bathing soap that time when am asked for it they told me there is no stock of bathing soap. and finally it they bring one soap at 9 pm. 4 hours taken to bring one bathing soap. the staffs are not supportive. my humble request to those who were looking the room please don't select this hotel. Very Very bad service and rooms. 🙏🙏🙏 * The "make my trip" should to focus and try to provide at least good service rather than money making. * Customer don't select this hotel for your stay. if you selected you will lose your money.
