location was good and staff were friendly and helpfull though understaffed. we had to take the ground floor rooms as we had elderly people and that does cause a lot of outside lobby noises to come into the room. Also most of the dishes mentioned in the menu are not available when you order in restaurant.

Nice property - limited availability for senior citizens accessible rooms.

It is a nice property with excellent staff both in the dining area as well as reception. However need to be extra careful in checking beforehand since they do not have escalators so it becomes difficult for senior citizens to take the rooms on 2nd floor.

Poor Stay

Very strict rules . Feels like you are in school . You can’t drink outside area . You can’t have outside food . You can’t sit on the garden area past 10:30 pm . Rooms are so small in size . Property is good but too much rules kills the vibe . Holidays are meant to be free and relaxing but here it feels like a school.

Very Bad Experience Of The Property Never visit

The property was not well maintained, rooms were not in proper condition , the image shown on make my trip and when we reached the property were diffrent . The staff was not cooperative they were just showing that they are to busy . Food was pathetic will not advise any one to go to this property total waste of money .In this budget many other options are there total waste of money never go again .

A lovely vintage property

Pros: -Quaint, maintained vintage property with a beautiful lawn. - Helped us celebrate our occasions with balloon decor. - Staff is friendly and nice. - Away from the traffic of mall road. Cons/considerations - Food options are limited at breakfast but taste is fine. - restaurant menu is also very small.

Over rated and not upto 4 star property

Price is too high for the property and service. Their room heater stopped working and they still arguing sir its working though my family was feeling freezy inside. Room is not upto the mark for 15000 as in the same price you can go for radisson. Location also is far from the main market. Only good thing was food, it was warm and delicious.

The stay was very good but the manpower was very less there was only 2-4 staffs. I would suggest the hotel to hire more staff as in 2-4 staffs the food I ordered came in 1 hour 55 mins exactly

All good except services. Restaurant staff were hesitant to cook more than 2 items for breakfast when we were the only guest in hotel. Also manager was non- cooperative to support knowing we had a 4 years old. Staff keep coming to you expecting tips everyday every time.
