Never seen a hotel with this architecture services and the staff were also very good and polite. Every detail of the property is art in itself. Mesmerising views from the terrace.

This was one of the best experience so far. Filled with lots of antique items. Original painting of raja ravi var-ma in the room. The himachali cuisine buffet was the best highlight of the trip. Hotel is located near the main road amid greenery. You can see the skyway from balcony. Worth evey penny.

I must say that the staff was so well mannered and assisted us all the time during our stay. The food was excellent and amazing view from the rooms, our kids enjoyed the roaming around the whole property. I would recommend the property if someone is going with family

The hotel offers one of the finest experiences. The suites have all the wonderful amenities offering a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff is very courteous. Plus the wonderful cuisine adds even more enchanting experience.

We had a fantastic stay - complete value for money. Staff was very kind & helpful. Food was quite good. Rooms are very well decorated. It's 200yr legacy speaks for itself.

We stayed for one night. Got call from hotel guiding us to reach location correctly, since Google Maps gets tricky near 1 km. Got warm apple cider as welcome drink. Food was not best but decent. The property ambiance is good. The best thing was staff behavior. Traveled with wife and kid. The rooms were pre-heated while we reached there and heaters didn't go off till we checked-out. That's good. Property is decently managed. Also, we booked deluxe room, however, when TV was not working they provided a bigger room. :)

Stay was value for money. It is nicely maintained with tradition look. Rooms are spacious,with antique interior decor. Each room is labelled with name of (Emperor/Maharaja/Queen) and accordingly the decor. There is perfect view of valley from the balcony. Each room with branded toiletry and dependent geyser in bathroom, well ventilated rooms. Staff is very courteous and always at your service. This hotel is highly recommended by me.
