I booked suit and 2 deluxe room for a day on 25 december. It was a lovely experience. We enjoyed all meals and breakfast, taste and aroma was perfectly balanced. Hi tea with pakoda and biscuit was perfect ( i am foodie and love to cook so i resonate with the hard work put up by chef and entire team). The bonfire with karaoke followed by wild life movie was awesome experience to cherish. Room size and ambience is speciality of this hotel. The entire staff and their hospitality is really unique, i have requested many things for parents and they served it whole heartedly. The bed and all amenities are well maintained. Hotel manager mr krishna is very courteous. I have given few suggestion to improve upon but overall it’s 5 star rating.

the stay at jungle tent at welcome heritage jungle home was amazing.the tents are placed right in the middle of bamboo forest which give you camping 🏕️ feeling.bonfire,hitea at machan are cherry on top.the staff is very good and provides best services.food is very tasty.you can also book your safaris through hotel.overall the experience was great 👍

Our stay at welcomheritage pench was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The resort itself is a breathtaking oasis, with lush garden, stunning pool. Our room was a luxurious sanctuary, beautifully decorated and equipped with every comfort imaginable. The food was an absolute delight, with a variety of flavors and fresh ingredients. We especially loved the shahi tukda and butter pane-er. The staff went above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality created a truly special experience. Very courteous staff, good food. Overall a very memorable stay. Great attention to detail- wake up call / packed breakfast for safari. Rooms are also good and spacious. Mattress quality can be better

Must book hotel in pench, hotel and rooms are good, nice n clean swimming pool, food quality and taste is excellent. Staff behaviour is too good and friendly. They took care of everything and arrange everything. Highly recommend

One of the most beautiful experience we had when we visited the place this monsoon . I had stayed in one of their suite room thou I have booked deluxe room but single a single lady traveller they have uploaded me to the suite room.. Very courteous staff , delicious meals with both veg and non veg options & very well maintained & clean property .. special mention to housekeeping staff and front office who took us round the property & gave ideas for any events we would like to host in future in the property .. Vikesh & vinod chef from the kitchen were constantly in touch with to make us more comfortable. The best part was they never expected anything in return … I would love to comeback here very soon . karaoke & cycling trail wer very engaging being there in property... u feel like a home very safe and secure swimming pool huge and clean property landscape beautiful maintain highly recommended to visit jungle home Pench away for the crowd noise to spend and relax in the arms of nature. visit soon
