Great location; large, comfortable rooms; good breakfast and very hospitable. Go for rooms on the first floor with a creek view if they are available.

If you want to stay at Fontainhas then the location is perfect but morning team was not courteous at all, they kept calling repeatedly for check out and did not consider even 30 mins delay.

We encountered unacceptable behavior from the owner. Although the check-in time was 11 am, we arrived early and requested a room at 8:30 am to freshen up. They provided the room, but later, the owner claimed it was against their policy, stating we were occupying the room from 6:30 am which was completely false. As I didn't snatch the keys or barge into the room; I made a request, and they accommodated it. If they had a policy against early check-in, they could have simply said no or offered to charge an extra fee. However, insulting guests after receiving full payment is completely unacceptable. I didn't argue, as we had already paid in full and my child was present. Moreover, I booked a deluxe room at Panjim Inn with a city view (256 sqft), but was given a room at Panjim Pousada on the ground floor with no view. The room had broken windows. The owners are dishonest, and I'm also disappointed with MakeMyTrip. Although the rooms were clean, and the staff were polite and courteous, the owner's behavior was appalling. They should respect guests, who spend their hard-earned money on trips, rather than insulting and cheating them.

The location is very good as there are many walking sites and restaurants near by. Quaint cafés. Good shopping. Great photography locations. The hotel has decent rooms, cleanliness is also good. The staff is polite and helpful. Their deck restaurant has a good location spot.

It was horrible as the rooms were smelly, the linen was all old and bathroom was dirty, and the food ( breakfast) was bad, it seemed as if we were staying in small dingy hotel of pahargunj.

Courteous staff, fabulous accomodation and centrally located property

Prime location in famous fountain-has lat-in quarter, offers old world feeling, helpful & courteous staff, decent room size and amenities. However, food is good but little expensive. Also, room tariff is on a higher side but considering heritage nature and proximity to tourist attractions, justified. Overall, a good experience.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast menu was limited but food was really good. Staff is cooperative.

The rooms are not clean and the hotels has some depressing areas. Breakfast was terrible and the place stank.

The place is clean and tidy. The heritage structure and furniture lend a unique ambience to the property. The food is excellent in terms of taste, quality and portions. The breakfast spread is not huge. The positive part during lean occupancy is that they let you order and serve freshly made dishes. The location could seem a bit tricky for first timers in goa as it is not near any of the beaches. The property is located in the touristy fontainhas area. It has narrow and not-so-good roads around which makes it difficult for vehicles. The service is good and the staff is well behaved. All in all, it is a decent budget stay in panjim.

We had a lovely stay at the panjim inn. The place is quaint and interesting, the staff is very helpful and attentive. Must go to experience a slice of vintage goa. Didn't i just give a review to getbthat 6% ?

Superb place to stay in panaji,

The rooms are big and spacious, we got complimentary upgrade, loved the assistance from preeti, they are well informed about nearby places.

One day stay at the hotel was good. A nice location with colonial type architecture. Good food.

Location is good and services is good

This place is strictly for those who enjoy an heritage place and set up. It is a good one day stay to see fountiannas, a cruise drive on mandovi river and urban experience of goa. What turned me off is the bad, nasty smell during the night which i think is the sewage line that the local corporation opens up in the line which passes right next to this property. The stink is unbearable when u step out but manageable when in the room. Also the breakfast served is average. Not value for money

Cleaning is not done until and unless we remind otherwise it is excellent!
