This place is must to visit for short weekend getaways from delhi ncr. The staff were polite & courteous and promptly responded to our requests. The food taste great, specially the south indian dishes & all the spread was worth a try. Basic rooms are decent (furnishing can be improved by adding wall panels or louvers. If you can pay extra then go for cottages with lawn. To sum up our stay was amazing. Thanks, to wh team.

Highly recommended! my recent stay at the welcomheritage santa roza in kasauli, booked through makemytrip with the assistance of ms. Ayushi, was an absolute delight. The reception team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, adding to the already stunning beauty of the hill location. The property itself is beautifully constructed, exuding a sense of peace and tranquility. It's a photographer's paradise, with picturesque views at every turn. The reception staff was incredibly cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its fantastic play area. From billiards and chess to indoor golf, ludo for the kids, and even swings, there's something for everyone to enjoy and relax. The food quality was exceptional. Chef mr. Praveen kumar deserves special mention for creating delicious meals that tantalized our taste buds. Overall, i highly recommend welcomheritage santa roza for anyone seeking a peaceful escape amid-st breathtaking scenery. The combination of a beautiful property, attentive staff, and a fun play area makes it a perfect destination for a memorable stay. Makemytrip's assistance, particularly ms. Undoubtedly the best hotel in entire kasauli. They have different category rooms starting from deluxe till suite. We were upgraded from deluxe room to a cottage and we can’t thank the staff enough. Had the best vacation there

Celebrated my birthday here. The property is quite far from the main highway. However the overall compound is quite large and peaceful. Food is good but service was slow as they have very less staff. There was some weird smell in some of the rooms and near the entrance, might be due to some open drain nearby. But overall a worthy place to spend your time.

The resort is located 10km from the famous giani ka dhaba. This stretch of road is narrow but it is worth the trip when u reach the resort. We stayed in a cottage which was well appointed with classy furniture. Cleanliness was good and the staff were very attentive to all your needs. Overall a very pleasant stay. This property is highly recommended.

It was surely a good property and like everyone wrote that the approaching road is surely small and broken. The food in general including the buffet was average. But the property in itself was a good place to unwind and enjoy the serene beauty of the place.

Not good not bad bad part is when you entered property it’s stinking (gutter smell)and even in room washroom its intolerable good part-room is spacious and food is delicious

It's nice and quite place to stay in. Very peaceful. Some part of it was still under construction but overall i would say if you want to spend best quality time with your partner, family or friends must try this location.

I stayed here with my friends for a night. Their room service and food was good but their restaurant was very poor. They did not care to pick utensils during buffet, crockery not available on tables, during hi-tea they did not ask to serve guests. When i complained to duty manager while check out, he just listened and gave very bad smile. I dont think in this manner this property will survive for long time.
